shar --help needs LF

Hello,
When I run 'shar --help' with shar 4.13.3, it could
use an extra carriage return at then end of the help.
Right now, there is not CR and the end of the last
line.

broken in 4.13.3, fixed in 4.13.4, current 4.13.5
4.13.6 to be released in a few days.

Apologies.  Didn't realize Fedora 19 is so far behind upstream.
Should've checked first. Pre-release Fedora 20 is up to 4.13.5,
though.

There were major code changes in those micro version numbers, thus
I decided not to rabase sharutils in the Fedora. I will patch Fedora 19
for your sake.
