Hi,

When running a diff command with a file containing a space in the name, I get diff: extra operand ‘finale name’

When I remove the space it works fine.

It’s on Mac OS 10.9.5

Thanks

It is probably not a bug in diff, but in your (lack of quoting in your)
command line. Please post the exact command line you typed and the
exact error message, so that we can point out where you went wrong.

Probably something that would happen to you regardless of platform, if
I'm right that it was a quoting issue in your command line.
